German carrier, Oldendorff, orders two 61,300-tdw ultramaxes and acquires two 93,000-tdw post-panamaxes.
Oldendorff has announced that it has ordered two new ultramaxes and has acquired two post-panamaxes in separate transactions.
The 61,3000-tdw ultramaxes will be delivered from Dalian Cosco Kawasaki Ship Engineering Co. Ltd. in July 2022 and are of the Kawasaki eco design.
The new vessels will feature Masada/Mitsubishi cranes, bollards for the New Panama Canal. “Erma First” BWTS, a Hudong-MAN-B&W 6S50ME-B9.3 main engine, and Nakashima propeller.
The two post-panamaxes were built in 2012 in China and were taken over in India on 1st April.
